  • Yonge Street: Eglinton Avenue to Lawrence Avenue
    Road Resurfacing and Boulevard / Sidewalk Reconstruction

    Beginning in late May 2009 until November 2009, the City of Toronto plans to undertake road and boulevard construction work on Yonge Street between Eglinton Avenue and Lawrence Avenue.  The purpose of the work is to make needed improvements to the road and boulevard areas as part of the City’s Capital Works Program. Work will be co-ordinated to minimize disruptions and complete all works by November in order to accommodate the holiday shopping season for community businesses.
    Expected Project Start Date: Late May 2009
    Expected Project Completion Date: November 2009
  • Kay Gardiner Beltline Pedestrian Bridge Refurbishment
    The contractor is Trisan Construction. Work is scheduled to begin April 1st and last for approx. 10 weeks. Access over and under the bridge will be maintained during construction. For more information, please contact:
