In April 2008, David Crombie, Chair of the Toronto Lands Corporation was requested to meet with representatives of the City of Toronto, the Province of Ontario, the Federal Government, and the Board (TDSB), and present a report to the Board (TDSB) on options for long-term sustainable funding for pool infrastructure.
